This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through feingekauft.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday) after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed after 11:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) or on Sundays and U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.


Shipping & Delivery

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is:

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday through Saturday)

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–10 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

To ensure reliable delivery, we ship orders through one or more of the following trusted carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • DHL

  • OSM Worldwide

The carrier used for your order will depend on your shipping destination, package size, and availability.


Shipping Costs

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

There are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after your package has been shipped.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

While we will make every effort to update your order before shipment, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before they have been processed.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If your order cannot be canceled, please refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility after delivery.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • High shipping volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Customs or security inspections (where applicable)

Feingekauft is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once a package has been handed over for delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location.

  • Asking household members or neighbors.

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@feingekauft.com, and we will assist you in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • A brief description of the damage

If possible, refuse delivery of visibly damaged packages before accepting them.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
